First Impression: sturdy, well designed, good sizes I haven’t had a chance to really test these on an extended trip, but first impression is very good. I’ll post an update in a couple weeks when they’ve been put through the wringer. Might be 5 stars if they hold up.They are sturdy and seem to be built to last. The carbon steel is much heavier than aluminum or stainless sets, but also much lighter than cast iron. OK for me since I use them in a camper conversion and don’t have to carry them on my back. Another plus for me is that they work with an induction cooktop.Handles are much thicker wire than others I’ve used and the brackets are held onto the pots/pan with rivets rather than just spot welds. These handles feel really sturdy and stable when handling a full pot.The pots nest nicely, but I use some cloth between them to protect the non-stick interiors (which seems OK but needs some real field testing). The large pot is a little over 4″ deep so the the whole set fits easily in one of my drawers.The…
