Comfortable, Especially for Tall People Obtained this from another source, since I needed it faster than Amazon could deliver. Amazon’s price was better by $5, by the way. The cot has a tubular steel frame, which folds in half. The supporting fabric is attached to the frame by coil springs. There is steel wire along the edge of the fabric to resist tear-out; a strategy I’ve seen work well elsewhere. The mattress is about one inch of foam, covered in woven fabrics. Great………….at first Very large cot for this 6′ tall 208lb man……..When I first got this cot I fell soundly asleep while testing it out……….I thought I had found the perfect bed for my tent camping trips. Then, I spent 3 nights on it and the once tightly stretched surface began to sag and it quickly became uncomfortable for me. They immediately shipped Me a new one within days of the call. It arrived quickly and they did not want me to return the first cot……..I have had the same stretching problem but have removed the cushion and replaced it with my Cabela’s self inflatable sleeping pad. It is much…
