A New Favorite Piece of Car-Camping Equipment I received this item last year as gift and I absolutely love it! For car camping purposes, this small stove stand is perfect for freeing up space on a picnic table or, when you are camping on BLM land and tables aren’t around, for being able to stand up and cook comfortably. I’ve gone a few group camping/climbing trips and have brought this along and my friends seriously suffered from gear envy when I broke it out. Transporting it is an absolute piece of cake and when it folds down it’s about the size of an oversize briefcase or portfolio case. It’s light weight and very stable on the ground, especially when cooking. I had seen some of the other much larger „base camp kitchens“ but have never been interested in them due to their size. But this is a perfect size for a stove and an utensil on the top in order to get some serious cooking down. I’ve started to also bring a bulk propane tank to set on the ground behind it since the wind screen has a spot specifically for a hose to go…
